Partner to Beryl, father with Beryl to Cheyenne and Rose’s daughters, Balboa and Jasmine. Not wanting to know who the biological father was, he and Beryl combined their sperm before donating. In Mira (1/17/2007), he and Beryl surprised Rose and Cheyenne with a visit. Balboa was pregnant and wanted her child to be born in Ordinary, so she and Packer moved to the village. Her two fathers came along for a visit.
